It's not unusual to be loved by anyone...

That's the song that's stuck in my head and has prevented me from sleeping for the last two hours.  Today was an amazing day, truly unique and exhausting.  I'm a proud auntie, again... Which is fabulous. What a boy!!  I cannot wait till I meet him, next year.  That's awful really.  A year till we meet...

In other news... Dead chicken found in the coop, naturally I freaked out and tried to shake the bench it was sitting on no reaction, so I went to get a carrier bag to dispose of it because I'm that sort of chick... Awful pun!  And low and behold, as soon as I pick it up its breathing again.

Perhaps I'm a miracle worker, maybe that chicken just has a giant egg up its bum, who knows...

I'm going to attempt to blog everyday, it will be tosh, but at least it will be refreshed daily tosh!

Over and out!

A small feeling.

I believe it's moments like this, how I'm feeling in this exact moment which will make or break me.  I'm not missing home, Gretna is a dull place with many lovely people residing within it, my family live there and some of my friends too.  I've grown there, worked there, played there and left there but in this instant, I wish I was there.  Not because I miss it, but because it's convenient.  Either today or tomorrow, some day soon, my best friend will give birth and I am 9000 miles away, the first time I see this child in real life is realistically this time next year, which sucks.  I knew about the birth of her first child within four hours and met her within seven days... There was space to breath, but a year is something else.  I moved to Perth, to Lower Chittering on the back of some difficult decisions because I thought fuck it, it's my life, I want to live it.  I had no ties and no worries but now I'm realising something that shouldn't really come as a shock, life goes on.  I'm merely a player and the other players move on, they love, they cry, they live and they die and I'm silly to think that things would pause that life wouldn't change but it does.  And now with a tear in my eye and a glass in my hand I toast the players, the best friend, the mother, the babe in arms, the stranger and the lover... The world keeps on spinning and I'm a sentimental old fart at times.

I guess this is my way of contributing a verse.

In which I answer fifteen random questions...

Hello hello,

1.  The last picture I took on my phone was of a Rock Melon (Cantaloupe) and the image is attached.

2. Well, I learned very early on that if I wanted a day of watching documentaries, films and generally having a great day, wait until my dad was looking after us and then pull a sickie.  He just let me stay off, it was brilliant in secondary school.  I also would say I felt sick in college and they would say, yeah you do look a little unwell, and I'm like hey, I'm fine.  That's not fair!

3.  That if I did a comedy show one of my favourite comedians would come and probably laugh!  I love making people laugh.

4.  I love this pizza that Dominos used to do, it have red onions, chicken, BBQ sauce, mustard and honey mustard on it, with bacon and it was just amazing, with crispy onions on top too!

5.  I would have loved to have seen the Millennium in somewhere fantastic, but I was only 10 years old then, actually I was 9, haha!

6.  How do you spell your surname?  How do you pronounce it?  It's everyday!

7.  Q Z X are the only ones that haven't got rubbing marks on them!

8.  I used to LOSE my bank cards, I think I've had about thirty for one of my bank accounts and I lost my driving license too, then I found it!  Yay!

9.  Plinth, Moist, Awkward, clutch, lunge.  They're fun to say.

10.  I don't really want to be haunted by anyone, but if Justin Bieber was dead, I wouldn't want it to be him.  I would want Robin Williams so he could make funny commentary throughout my day.

11.  Adolf Hitler and Did you actually think it would work?

12.  O+ (Universal donor, my blood can be given to anyone, in plasma form.)

13.  Peaches, the actor James Nesbitt, Clowns, Spiders, Snakes and Scorpions

14.  Yes, it's not fun... you have to clean for hours.

15.  It's not a superpower, I would like to have a TARDIS, it would be fun to travel in space and time to just see what's out there.  Yes, I'm a geek!  And I'm extremely content!

That's it then, 15 answer to fifteen random questions.
